The sponsor Rev. Dr. Chris Oyakhilome, President and Founder of Christ Embassy, welcomed the over-20,000 live crowd with participants drawn from all of the world to the highly- anticipated event on Sunday, June 25th 2017 at the esteemed Loveworld Convocation Arena, Lagos, Nigeria. The participants experienced an epoch-making concert which has been a source of upliftment and joy in previous editions.
The auditorium was resplendent with lights of all kinds and the event kicked off with a session of prayers. A culture of Christ Embassy is the display of excellence and creativity delivered through Arts and Music. As the concert progressed, electrifying music and arts presentations greeted the crowd; thrilling performances that enraptured attendees’ attention. The costumes were a perfect match for each art and music rendition and remarkable.
This edition of the IMC featured oustanding music presentations from Believers’ Loveworld such as Sinach, Eben Jahdiel, Israel Powerful, and a lot more. There was palpable excitement throughout the auditorium with shouts of rejoicing as the audience sang along with the artistes.
From dance to rap, worship, solo, duet, spoken word, performances that would be remembered for quite a long time were delivered by the artistes. “Beautiful idea and everything excellently directed! We had all types of emotions: joy, teary eyes, we laughed, sometimes we prayed, sometimes we just prophesied,” exclaimed Pastor Chris.
The concert came to a climax with pronouncements of prosperity, blessings and success and a celebration of of the artistes .
It was a memorable experience in sounds and sights; a night of worship, laughter and awe-inspiring music.
